4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account relationship with p566.
4.3 Your Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. p566 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access arising from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
4.4 You must notify p566 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of account security. Notification should be made via the Live Chat function available on-site.
4.5 p566 reserves the right to refuse registration, close accounts, or restrict account functions at its discretion, including where it suspects misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5.1 All players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making a first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, UMID, or equivalent), proof of address, and payment method verification.
5.2 p566 may request KYC documents at any stage of the account relationship, including during registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and at any point where p566 reasonably requires identity confirmation.
5.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. p566 assumes no liability for delays in withdrawals caused by incomplete or unverified KYC documentation.

5.5 Where age verification reveals that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits will be returned to the originating payment method.
6.1 All deposits on p566 are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method.
6.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT. p566 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.
6.3 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the player's Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, which may take one to three banking hours depending on the originating bank.
6.4 p566 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment account used for deposits must match the name on the verified p566 account. Deposits from unverified third-party accounts may be reversed and the depositing account subject to review.
6.5 Deposits that trigger a bonus offer are subject to the applicable bonus terms. Players who do not wish to claim a bonus should contact support before making a deposit that would automatically trigger a bonus offer.
Note: p566 does not charge deposit fees. However, transaction fees levied by payment providers (e.g., GCash service fees) are the responsibility of the player and are outside p566's control.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount on p566 is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

9.3 Live dealer games are subject to the rules and operational procedures of the live dealer studios providing the feed. Where a game round is declared void due to a technical or procedural issue at the studio level, all bets on that round will be refunded to the player's Wallet.

10.2 Odds are set by p566 at its discretion and are subject to change up to the commencement of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance apply regardless of subsequent changes.
10.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the in-play market and the current state of play at the time of bet acceptance. p566 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
10.4 Where the result of an event is disputed or subject to official appeal, p566 may withhold settlement of related bets until the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body.

10.6 Suspicious betting patterns, including patterns consistent with match-fixing or insider information, will result in bet voiding, account suspension, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

13.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or software from the p566 platform without prior written consent from p566.
14.1 The p566 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. p566 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p566 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
14.3 p566's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
15.1 p566 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

15.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting p566 Live Chat. Voluntary closure will be processed after all pending transactions have settled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

17.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 Any dispute between you and p566 that cannot be resolved through p566's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, to the regulatory dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.
17.3 p566's internal dispute resolution process requires players to submit a written complaint to p566 support via Live Chat or email before escalating to regulatory or judicial channels. p566 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
18.1 p566 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, p566 will provide not less than 14 calendar days' advance notice to registered players via the registered email address or via on-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
18.2 Minor amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, and amendments required to comply with regulatory updates) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
18.3 The date of the most recent material revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the p566 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
